Oh yes... so satisfied! 4-dhooks just the ticket.

Herewith the latest feedback from a customer who took great care and spent a lot of time struggling
through the several pages of search returns Google provided in response to her coat hook inquiry...

Having downsized from a bungalow to a flat 18 months ago we have been trying to use imaginative ways of saving space. These hooks are ideal for what I wanted and the ONLY web site on which I found them.
For speed of delivery 20 out of 10 would be good!!
I highly recommend them to anyone.
If you want to know how I used them, they are on the wall behind the bedroom door and I hang the clothes which will not fit into the wardrobe ( a female problem?!) in suit bags on these lovely strong hooks. The price is right as well.!

Bespoke coat hooks for Ted Baker...

We've been set a task to create an attractive hook for designers working for Ted Baker who are refurbishing their stores.  It has been a lengthy task.  But at last we are getting there.. or at least
I hope so.  A sample has been sent for final approval so we are waiting with jangling nerves to see
if our work is up to snuff and the final purchase order is released.   Then it will be fast work to
complete the order by mid June... powder coating the hooks, applying the Ted Baker logo by hand to
each of 1,200 hooks and colouring the knob end to match the logo colour.
Here's a preview if you are interested...  It is really rather attractive and the design is most appealing!

Ah yes of course... Long Hooks, musn't forget!

An inquiry came in for two 3-dhooks, one a 23 cm and the other a 28 cm bullnoser.  The
inquiry arrived shortly after I spent a large sum on advertising the great 3-dhook line in
the magazine Refurb & Renovation news (pge 59 of the April edition).

Having responded with cost details, I heard nothing in reply.  Impatient as ever, I rang the
customer at his office, a construction company in Essex.  He was very polite and appologetic
that he had not come back to us, but was undecided about size and needed to take a
fresh measurement.   He was delighted to find the website and said he used the term
Long Hook to find us.  I could not find us under this obvious term, so I am now going
to fill in the blank and correct the error.  Long Hooks will be featured for future reference
28 cm Long Bullnoser 3-dhook LONG HOOK
amongst our key words! Silly twit Younger, why didn't you think of that before???

Beautiful bespoke rack LOST & FOUND!

It is with great pleasure that our newest director of the Hook Enterprise zone, David Young, has
scored with his first bespoke coat rack for a busy Bristol doctor who asked for a rack to install
in her front entrance.  Plenty of hooks and a shelf over.  Limited space, so with her approval of
the design and detail, the rack was sent off and pictures emailed to demonstrate the hand crafted
item.  Here's a side on view...
The testimonial from the customer is so
nice that it is worth repeating...

"This looks absolutely beautiful !  Thank you
so much for all the trouble you have taken.
Happy to send photos and a testimonial if useful!"

Great stuff David... sure beats working for the
government!

Following on from the above, let it be known that the delivery agent TNT has LOST the package as
large as it is.  Completely! Vanished.  Thanks TNT...
is this your usual standard of delivery? Others seem to think so too.   AAAARRRRGGGGHHH
FOOTNOTE to this saga.  A week later the good customer rang to say the rack had been found
and finally delivery.  A case of Coat Rack : Lost and Found!  Merci bon Dieu.
