R & A Satin Chrome Plate Coat Hooks a resounding success

The frost lies thick on the ground here at Newton Bank, home of the world's greatest hooks and hanging devices. In spite of the seasonal chill, there is no frost in the
extremely pleasant letter from a Northern Irish customer for a grand set of 11 Large Royal & Ancient Satin Chrome Plated top hat hooks. I can but quote and in the process
revel in the praise which we work so assiduously to achieve:-

" I received the hooks last Friday and must say, they look outstanding. I will take a
photograph and email it to you.

Thank you for your very efficient, courteous and trusting service. It is a pleasure to
deal with a Company these days that conducts business in such a personal manner.

The invoice amount was £xxx and I enclose an extra £25 as I require one additional
21 cm hook ( R&A short arm) and I would be obliged if you could post this extra item
to me at your convenience.

Once again, many thanks, and I will be happy to recommend you company to others."

Compliments thick and fast in the coat hook world

Blowing one's own trumpet may be despicable, but when praise is received in such measure, who am I to hide the 3-dhook light under a bushel? A charming letter arrived on the doormat yesterday from customer Nicola in the Reading area. A simple project of refurbishing the wash house called for some fresh thinking in the coat hook department.
Not much in the way of innovation out there one thinks, but luckily Nicola spent some time searching the net and up popped the 3-dhooks web site with the ideal solution. Here's what she had to say...
" Thank you so much for the very speedy delivery of our 5 hooks. They are more beautiful than the website shows and the finish on them is wonderful. We will be hanging our coats on them in no time at all! Please find the enclosed payment and we will be telling our friends of your website."

Another customer in Cornwall required hooks appropriate for his period property. He searched the web for a long time and frustrated finally put in the search box everything he wanted brass hooks swivel hooks, antique hooks. Using Yahoo, he was thrilled to
find www.3-dhooks.com and reported that we had the best website for coat hooks that he had visited. And so say all of us!

Coat Hooks - another great testimonial for 3-dhooks

The economic winter may well be set hard, but the warm glow of customer satisfaction
keeps shining forth for the 3-dhook aura! Just in today is yet another sign of gratitude from a new owner of our own patented design of coat hooks. We quote verbatim...

" You’ve previously corresponded with my wife, but I just wanted to add my own words of appreciation for your exceptionally good quality hooks and wonderful service.

Unfortunately, I had already started decorating before we ordered the hooks so there are no before photos, but I have attached couple of after shots – low res jpegs. Not very good quality I’m afraid – very poor photographer.

As you can see we have a small porch, but lots of coats and bags. Your wonderfully designed coat hooks have really made it easier to find just the right coat for every occasion.

I showed your large hook to my Dad who is a mechanical engineer. We are both extremely impressed with the quality of manufacture. Do you make the taper by pressing or machine? "

Why not sample these remarkable hooks and be prepared to be highly satisfied!

Such a wonderful testimonial

A recent customer for 3-dhooks has taken the time and trouble to write a really
wonderful letter concerning her recent purchase of our unique, patented coat hooks.

"Delighted with them. They are up already and the ease of access to each coat..is a vast
improvement. We will provide you with an photo by email showing the new look. I enclose
a cheque and extra for the postage as you hadn't charged enough (ed. goodness how kind!).
Thank you so much for your excellent and friendly service, for your lovely hooks and for
the continued success of your enterprise."

Naturally we are so chuffed to receive such an eloquent and favourable response which
is all the more remarkable for the rather basic and mundane nature of the product i.e.
coat hooks.

Super work by Steve Green

Once in a while a customer sends photo evidence of their hard work and creativity using
3-dhooks products. Steve Green 'retired' to France and now designs and sells a variety
of coat racks and coat stands using various hooks from Younger Enterprises. I have great pleasure in displaying some pictures of his well produced items for all to enjoy. He achieved these various effects using walnut, ash and oak woods to great and charming effect. A more extensive album can be viewed at the following link:-

What a beautiful oak coat rack!

Spurred on by memories of the needs of winter, a customer requested a simple rack
using light oak and half a dozen Acorn Simple coat hooks. This was a straight forward
task, completed in an afternoon. The longest part was waiting for the oil wax coating
to dry off and produce its lovely satin effect. The customer was delighted with her rack which now adorns her house near Ilkley. The total cost for this high class
item came in at just under £100, including the dreaded vat and mail charge. A rewarding experience and chalk up another satisfied customer who was charming to deal with!
